Product & Design Quality -as described. very well received by my group.
Customer Service & Shipping - Very helpful with follow-up phone call and informative e-mails. Only issue was not getting an e-mail when the order was delivered. It was delivered early (based on the date I was given) and I was out of town and I didn't know it was on my porch until I returned. I would have called my neighbor to pick it up had I known. We have porch pirates stealing packages.
