Promotional Deluxe Aluminum Can & Bottle Opener Keychains

Product & Design Quality -One observation: the white lettering is very visible with blue, red, black, etc... colors. With the silver and gold keychains, however, the lettering coloration does not have a lot of contrast with the keychain color. This makes it harder to read. I personally think blue and red are the best looking of them all, but pink and purple are quite popular too. We bought some of all the colors, so people can pick the color they like best. The bottle openers work well, and are very lightweight.

Customer Service & Shipping - Disappointed that I paid separate shipping on the two items I ordered. When I questioned customer service about combining into a single shipment, she said that was not possible because the items would be produced at two different locations. When I got the shipments, not only did they come from the same location, but the package tracking numbers were sequential. That means they arrived on the shipping desk at the exact same time in the exact same place. That costs both of us, and disappoints me that there is not a solution for this.
