Product & Design Quality -Any time you do a promotional item with a logo there's a concern about the reproduction quality. You want the reproduction to be clear and color true. First, the reproduction was amazing!! Sharp and clear down to the smallest of details in our logo. Second, the colors were spot on accurate. Again, just amazing. I couldn't be happier with the product. Also, while 'just' keychains, they are well built. I suspect they'll last a long time for people. Lastly, and very important, for the quality of the product and the quality of reproduction, it was still the least expensive company I found. There were less expensive options of keyrings. But, the hard plastic with our logo inside was just what I was looking for. BK beat everyone's price by 30-50%! Finally, the reaction by the people receiving the keychains has been extremely positive. We used it for our neighborhood association. Everyone wanted one. Plus, because of the price, we're able to make a nice profit on sales. We'll be re-ordering soon.
Customer Service & Shipping - After I ordered, I was a little confused about the approval process. But, I was sent an email with simple instructions on viewing the product with payment information. I received a follow up email and phone call making sure I was happy with what I saw! Excellent customer service. The package came a few days before they had said it would. I was pleasantly surprised.
