Product & Design Quality -Far exceeded my expectations in terms of quality/sturdiness of the bottle opener and the crispness of the engraving. Really happy with my order! My only complaint - and this is super nit-picky - is that each individual key chain has a "made in china" sticker on it. I peel them off before I give them to customers. But that is truly my only issue! I would refer anyone to your company, and I will be back for more.
Customer Service & Shipping - I worked with Erin Murray on the initial order and she was super helpful and responsive. I wanted to split the order into 2 colors and she made it really easy. Good communication from all parties all through the process, and it shipped faster than I expected. Kudos, you have a great team and process in place.
